Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Packages are shipped in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate, delivered in 2-5 business days.
Free Shipping: On all orders over $150.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at contact@alyvepeptides.com.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds, we can only accept returns for unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@alyvepeptides.com with your order number.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
- A return authorization number must be obtained before shipping
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@alyvepeptides.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@alyvepeptides.com. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
